The hotel had some drawbacks like small rooms with water leakage and bathrooms that seemed ready-made with a wall separating them, but it was clean and moderately spacious. On the bright side, the service was exceptional, the location was convenient, and the dining experience was commendable.

The hotel rooms are very small with no ventilation, yet kept clean thanks to the housekeeping manager Pawan Kumar, and the professional way of treating guests is very nice. The location is good, near Forum Mall and other key areas, though a bit congested in the waiting lounge. Dining offers various dishes for all types of people, and the reuse of leftover food is well managed. The service is friendly and welcoming overall, with some lapses in assistance with luggage. Though the rooms lack space, the service and dining experience make up for it somewhat.

The hotel room was a surprise as we received one that was smelly, clean, and neat, but too compact with no bell service, which is quite necessary. The rooms were smelling of urine and the bed was squeaky, too small with no space for luggage, but looked good overall.

The hotel offers nice rooms, but they can feel a bit congested and the washroom may not be as comfortable. However, the staff provides warm and welcoming service overall. The location is good for work but faces some security risks due to ongoing construction. The dining options vary, with a good assortment of North and South cuisines, though non-veg choices may be limited.
